A good week followed by a day off

I dont know why but I spend a week following a really healthy diet and then finnish off with a blow out. sitting here a bit disapointed with my self although if I consider the differance in what im doing this year and what I have been doing for the last 10 years then pehaps I shouldnt be so tough on my self.

What am I doing this year that I hadnt been in the last ten years? Well I bought a bicycle for christmas and ive riden it for almost 1700 miles so far including 15 miles to work and back averaging about 3 days a week when im in England. I also rode it from the west coast to the east coast in a day and a half. I could not have imagined doing that last year but not only have I slimmed down but ive increased my fitness massively.

I manage to get to the gym on average once per week at the moment but would like to increase this to 3 days. I do however have a couple of 20kg dumbells in the hallway which I pick up most nights. Im using a standard off the shelf multivitamin\minerals but would not consider using any of the potions available. Ive tried to keep to a simple healthy
foods diet which includes lots of fish and vegetables.
Ive had one bad month this year where I completely fell
off the wagon and ate more than my fair share of fish and chips.
I paid the price but am almost back to my lowest weight again.

My goal for the end of this year is 82kg and im currently at 84kg, down from 103 in january and 107 last year. I always find it easier to start again in january so that is when I will be going for 10% bf goal. Its only in the last few weeks that ive done alot more investigation into loosing body fat with a correct number of calories per day so that I can keep my LBM as high as possible.

All is looking good for the end of the year.

84kg
19.4% bf.

Cheat meal.

Well my blog begins with me sat on the sofa after having eaten a good portion of lasagna.
Its my first reward meal in several days and it was very tasty.
I feel ready to get back to my normal diet and start pushing forward to 10% .
