Christmas Detox
3 days of heavy eating with lots of bad foods. I am really very bloated and need to take it easy for the next couple of days so that I am up to the challenge in January.
Time to Focus.....
Ive had an Idea for accountability which means taking a photo of every thing I eat and drink. This is not new but it is usually done by writing down the foods. The difficulty with this is that it is difficult to show quantities consumed.
Off to bed now.
Good night.
ps. Just to see how to upload an image I am uploading this one below.

I may take a couple of test photos tonight just to see how best to put them onto my blog. Ill see if I get time.

I didnt make the ShredderSphere
Hi,
Well Unfortunately I was out of the country when Adam Announced the shreddersphere so I didn't make it this time. In some ways I was disappointed but I also don't know that I'm ready to post pictures on the net, Don't ask me why! Christmas dinners have already begun with friends coming round and works parties so its a very difficult time to diet. My goal is to get through to January whilst eating as cleanly as possible and then going for it. I will have to put a proper plan into action for this time. Is funny because just writing this blog is getting me excited about training and loosing body fat.
Today two friends came round that Ive not seen for a few months and they also have been dieting and every body was really pleased with there own achievements. I guess between us we have lost over 100lbs this year.
Here is a question, For Christmas ive been thinking about getting some weights and a declined bench. I only have a set of 20kg dumbbells at the moment. What would people suggest I should have from Santa, in order to get my 84 days off to a good start?
I hope to blog again before January but if I don't get chance then I hope you all do well over Christmas.
Maybe January 1st will be picture 1 of 84.
Take it easy

Getting into Tom Venuto's Diet plan
Hi, Well im pretty pleased that ive followed Toms diet system for two weeks now and although

Ive not managed to get down to the best diet for myself yet, but now that
im onto it and am seeing results I shall begin to home in on what my exact
daily calories should be and the best foods required to help me achieve this.
Mean while ive been working out with my single set
of dumbells and am able to see a differance in my body.
Having already lost 20kg this year ive
seen a number of changes in my physique but Ive been on a bit of a
plateu for a month or two
and so it has been really good to see another change.

My goal for this year was to get down to 82kg and now im at 84kg with christmas looming. My challenge is to be at 82kg for the begining of Jan. I feel that it is important to have reached and conquered this goal before I move onto my next goal which is to forget about weight and move onto the challenge of getting down to 10% body fat.
Keep Moving.

A good week followed by a day off
I dont know why but I spend a week following a really healthy diet and then finnish off with a blow out. sitting here a bit disapointed with my self although if I consider the differance in what im doing this year and what I have been doing for the last 10 years then pehaps I shouldnt be so tough on my self.
What am I doing this year that I hadnt been in the last ten years? Well I bought a bicycle for christmas and ive riden it for almost 1700 miles so far including 15 miles to work and back averaging about 3 days a week when im in England. I also rode it from the west coast to the east coast in a day and a half. I could not have imagined doing that last year but not only have I slimmed down but ive increased my fitness massively.
I manage to get to the gym on average once per week at the moment but would like to increase this to 3 days. I do however have a couple of 20kg dumbells in the hallway which I pick up most nights. Im using a standard off the shelf multivitamin\minerals but would not consider using any of the potions available. Ive tried to keep to a simple healthy
foods diet which includes lots of fish and vegetables.
Ive had one bad month this year where I completely fell
off the wagon and ate more than my fair share of fish and chips.
I paid the price but am almost back to my lowest weight again.
My goal for the end of this year is 82kg and im currently at 84kg, down from 103 in january and 107 last year. I always find it easier to start again in january so that is when I will be going for 10% bf goal. Its only in the last few weeks that ive done alot more investigation into loosing body fat with a correct number of calories per day so that I can keep my LBM as high as possible.
All is looking good for the end of the year.

Cheat meal.
Well my blog begins with me sat on the sofa after having eaten a good portion of lasagna.
Its my first reward meal in several days and it was very tasty.
I feel ready to get back to my normal diet and start pushing forward to 10% .
